Depending on the intended purpose of the loan, we will also require additional supplementary documents and information.
Commercial Equipment Loans
APPLICATION ONLY:
For loans intended for the purchase of new or used commercial equipment totaling $250,000 or less, only the following additional items are required with your application:
Three (3) months of Corporate Bank Statements
Vendor Invoice/Sales Quote.
FULL APPLICATION:
For commercial equipment loans in excess of $250,000, the following additional items are required with your application:
Last Two (2) Year End CPA prepared Financial Statements
Two (2) years of Business Tax Returns (IRS Form 1120)
One Year Tax Returns on all principals with more than 20% interest
Current Interim FS (year to date) & Prior Year Interim Same Period
Brief history & description about the business...how will a loan/refinance help your business, etc. Business Plan if applicable
Resume & Personal Financial Statement on all 20% plus business owners

Commercial Real Estate Loans
For loans intended for purchasing or leasing commercial real estate, the following additional items are required with your application:
Brief executive summary describing:
The transaction – purpose, loan amount, term, LTV, DSC, preferred closing date, etc.
The property – location, type, size in sf, units, % occupancy, year built, land size in acres, condition, significant issues
The borrowers – bio, background, experience, BK or other issues.
Current rent roll, including all vacant sf/units so it adds to 100% of sf/units.(even if 100% owner occupied); include unit, tenant,sf, lease start, lease end, options. Gross or NNN, as well as rent info.
Last three Year End Corporate Tax Returns
Last two Year End Personal Tax Returns
Last two Year End Property P&L & Balance Sheet
Year to Date Property P&L & Balance Sheet & Same Period Prior Year P&L & Balance Sheet
Personal financial statement of each principal
Credit info on each principal; i.e. “low 700’s” or “high 500”s, etc. or complete credit report showing all 3 credit scores
If purchase, purchase and sale agreement
Detailed sources & uses of funds schedule
6 color photos showing exterior and interior
If completed all 3rd party reports; appraisal, environmental, property condition
